Services

Tech support, media server setup, and web design services are provided on a project or hourly basis at the rates published on this site. Rates are subject to change for new engagements; existing agreements are honored at the rate quoted.

Estimates

Hour and cost estimates provided through this site (including any future quote tool) are good-faith ballparks based on the information provided, not fixed quotes, unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins. For paid troubleshooting slots (when available), payment is required at booking, and slots are confirmed manually before being considered final.

Limitation of liability

Work is performed with reasonable care and skill, but I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services provided, to the extent permitted by law.
